I do 200 push ups, 300 calf pumps, and 150 squats a day now and have gained weight. The lockdowns didn’t kill me; they made me stronger!!!
My summers been good and we are hoping that we can go camping at a friends house and even better they live by the lake! We do have a pool but the lake is much much bigger and better than a pool.
